Tracking order

Order Tracking Process

At Ink Tinta, we make it easy for you to track your order every step of the way. Here's how our order tracking system works:

  1. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  2. Processing: Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  3. Shipping Notification: Once shipped, you'll receive another email with your tracking number and carrier information.
  4. Tracking Updates: The carrier will provide regular updates as your package moves through their system.
  5. Delivery: You'll receive a final notification when your package is delivered.

How to Track Your Package

You can track your package using either of these methods:

Method 1: Through Your Ink Tinta Account

  1. Log in to your Ink Tinta account
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Find your order and click "Track Package"

Method 2: Using the Carrier's Website

Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email:

  1. Copy your tracking number
  2. Visit the carrier's website (the carrier name will be in your shipping email)
  3. Paste your tracking number in the tracking field

Universal Package Tracking

For international shipments or when you're unsure which carrier is handling your package, we recommend using a universal tracking service:

  1. Visit 17Track.net
  2. Enter your tracking number in the search field
  3. Click "Track" to see your package status

Tracking FAQ

Why isn't my tracking number working?
It may take 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to activate in the carrier's system. If it still doesn't work after this time, please contact our customer service.
My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
First check with neighbors or your building management. If still missing, contact us immediately.
How often is tracking information updated?
Carriers typically update tracking information once per business day when the package is in transit.
